And the reality is that your commute can vary by 20 to 30 minutes depending on which town you choose. That adds up fast when you’re dealing with early mornings and long afternoon drives. Picking the right location isn’t just about being close to the gate. It’s about finding the town that actually fits your family’s day-to-day life.

Buying sight unseen without a game plan is one of the most common mistakes I see.

I get it. You’re across the country or overseas, and you need to lock something down before you report. But buying without someone local working for you is risky.
